G’day I’m Dan

I own, work & run Wild Honey Tattoo. I’m very passionate about tattooing & wanted to be a tattoo artist since I was a child when my Dad used to chase me out of his studio. I was always very artistic/creative & tattooing absolutely fascinated me. I gained my apprenticeship in Toowoomba in 2008 working for John Poole out of Top of the Range Tattoo, fast forward to now and I have an amazing business that my husband (Ken) & I work very hard on.

I love a good laugh, & my sarcastic sense of humour keeps everyone on their toes 😈😁 When I am quiet, don’t worry, I’m just lost deep in my happy place of art & music ❤️

I really enjoy working with my clients to bring their ideas to life & helping them with their designs.Tattooing is my heart and soul and I am extremely grateful everyday that I am able to do what I love and that I have the most wonderful clients who put their trust in me to ink their skin permanently with my artwork ❤️

I am Dan’s husband and together we built Wild Honey Tattoo from nothing to the buzzing business it is today. I am the part-time piercer at the studio and  help out behind the scenes and with all the non arty-farty stuff because I’m not artistic, but I can draw an ok stick figure 😁 I have been by Dan’s side since well before she got her apprenticeship and know how hard she has worked to make her dreams come true.
